#01 [ DISCOUNT ] Do you offer first time order discounts?

We offer $3 off New User Coupon for first time orders or for joining our mailing list. Each new user is limited to one New User Coupon. You can get it at the New User registration welcome Email.

That said, keep an eye on our newsletter, this is your best bet at being in the know when we do!

#02 [ SHIPPING ] Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. You can also log into your Sleaf account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status.

#03 [ SHIPPING ] What does the “Ships on” date mean?

This date refers to when the product will ship from our facilities. Note, it does not refer to when the product will be delivered.

Note: based on the volume and capacity, some orders may be processed earlier than the date shown on our website.

#04 [ SHIPPING ] Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Brazil, Russia, Portugal, Norway, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden, United Kingdom, Australia, etc., via China Post or DHL Express.

Please note the customer is responsible for all duty/custom fees associated with the purchase.

#05 [ SHIPPING ] How is my order shipped?

We use China Post or Singapore post for international orders, shipping time 7-14 days. For US orders, some item can be ship directly from the US, shipping time 3-7 days.

#06 [ SHIPPING ] How long will it take for my order to ship?

Usually, an item will be ship out within 1-3 days (except customized products)

#07 [ SHIPPING ] How much is shipping?

We offers free worldwide shipping!

#08 [ SHIPPING ] What happens if I refuse my shipment?

Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Mejuri. Keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country. If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us at support@sleafjewel.com before your order is dispatched.

#09 [ SHIPPING ] Will I be charged duties and taxes?

United States and Canada: duties and taxes are included in the shipping fee. There are no additional charges upon delivery.

United Kingdom: duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout for UK customers and there are no additional charges upon delivery.

Other international shipments: there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Sleafjewel does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

#10 [ ORDER ] Can I edit my shipping address?

If your order has not yet shipped, email us at support@sleafjewel.com with the new address and order number and we can adjust it for you. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we’re not able to adjust the address for you.

#11 [ ORDER ] How can I make changes to my order?

You have 30 minutes to change your order after you have placed it. To make changes to your order, you must contact us at support@sleafjewel.com during our business hours. Once the order has been dispatched (if you received a shipping confirmation email), we are not able to modify your order.

#12 [ PAYMENT ] What are the S.Leaf payment options?

You can pay for orders at S.Leaf with Stripe, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover

#13 [ RETURNS ] What’s your return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry.

#14 [ RETURNS ] Are returns free?

US: your return is on us!
International: a $2.99 USD fee will be deducted from your refund

#15 [ RETURNS ] Why wasn’t my shipping refunded?

We’re unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders. Orders may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

#16 [ RETURNS ] Can I return or exchange an engraved product?

Pieces that include an engraving are custom made to order so they are final sale. We’re not able to accommodate a change in size or engraving on any engraved items.

#17 [ RETURNS ] What’s your exchange policy?

We actually don’t offer exchanges for any pieces. All other pieces can be returned for refund. You can then place a new order for the piece or size you’d prefer!

#18 [ RETURNS ] When will I receive my refund?

Once your order arrives back to us, it can take up to 5-10 business days for it to be processed. We’ll be in touch via email with an update on your refund. We appreciate your patience!

#19 [ SIZING ] Should I order my usual size for a chain ring?

Yes, our chain rings are true to size.

#20 [ SIZING ] How can I find my ring size?

To find your best fit, check out our sizing page, here, and follow the instructions. If you’re a half size, it's best to order the next size up. For example, if you’re between 6 and 7, go with a 7.

Sign up or log in to your Account, here, to stay up to date on the status of your order, view your order history, wish list, shipping information and more.

#22 [ JEWELRY CARE ] How do I take care of my jewelry?

A little love goes a long way! When not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it in the pouch it came in. This helps prevent scratching and maintains colour for vermeil and silver pieces. Always remove your jewelry when applying scents, lotions and sprays - or even better, always put your jewelry on last before heading out the door. For more detailed material-specific care instructions, be sure to review our product care page, here.
A care guide is also included in each shipment, so you can keep it handy to refer to whenever you need a reminder.

#23 [ JEWELRY CARE ] How do I know what materials are used in my jewelry?

The materials used in each product are listed on the individual product page.

#24 [ JEWELRY CARE ] When should I remove my ring?

Gently remove your ring from the sides, never from the top stone, when you’re applying lotions, before a strenuous workout, or any other situation where the ring may become loose and fall off. Otherwise, your ring can be worn to bed, in the shower, and to swim.

#25 [ GIFTING ] Can I include a gift receipt?

Absolutely! Simply add your request along with any special notes you’d like included in your order in the gift message field at checkout. Our team will include a gift receipt in the package.

#26 [ GIFTING ] Can you write the message on a gift card?

Just leave your note, we will including the hand-write card in the package!

#27 [ GIFTING ] Do you offer gift cards?

We do not currently!

#28 [ GIFTING ] How does gift wrapping work?

Each order is beautifully wrapped and includes a personalized name card so it’s ready for gifting! The name entered in the gift note field will be added to the personalized name card. If no gift note or special request is included, the name in the shipping address will be added to the name card.
We're not able to accommodate shipments of additional packaging alone at this time, as there will be increased shipping fees associated.

#29 [ LOCATIONS ] Do you have any physical locations?

We do! We have one showroom in Shenzhen, China. Our Showroom do not carry inventory to take home, but you can try on anything you like.
